My Sapphire RX 580 Pulse was too loud so I installed Trixx to quiet things down, but now there is no fan speed reported anywhere?! Trixx is uninstalled now but situation is the same, system restore didn't fix anything, any idea how to fix this?

These cards have a Zero Fan function, i think until they hit around 45~50c they won't start turning.
Stress the card a little and see if then it starts turning.

In FurMark and in games is always at zero, the fans are spinning but no app can detect rpm.

Oh, OK, I see what you mean now.
I thought the fans were also not spinning.

    Can you try GPUZ?

Sure, fan speed (RPM) also at zero, fan speed(%) ~70%?

In Trixx is similar situation it has percentage but rpm doesn't show.

    That's is really weird.
Maybe try DDU the drivers and start from scratch. I don't know if PowerTables are a thing for RX 4xx/5xx cards, but maybe it got modified by Trix.
PowerTables not only control the power states but also has certain settings like Fan modes and RPM on my Vega.

Thanks, I did DDU at first than deleted all entries of Trixx in registry but nothing. Will try fresh win install...

What about wattman? It should detect rpm and have zero fan option.

After fresh install of Windows 1909 problem is gone, I still don't know exactly was it Trixx or Win or combination, I just hoping that it doesn't come back. I was using same windows and drivers...
