I have a problem with that fans on this card

in normal use the card will be completely silent at 0 rpm until it hits around 60 degrees, then one of the fans will go pretty much full speed, the other doesn't move. The one fan will run full speed until I reboot the pc.

If I use msi afterburner, the only way I can use an auto profile, is if I first go into manual mode, then both fans will start at the speed I set, after that every program interacts corrently with that card and shows the right rpm and the fans will speed up and down properly.

so manual mode in afterburner is the key, or the card acts weird.

Any idea what is going on?

Well mechanically nothing is wrong with it.
Maybe needs a bios update to fix fan on auto.

Check GPU-Z and list your bios version.
