i take my time, i dont fast travel, i try to "imagine" things/role play, finishing a mission quickly and going through the other is boring, i dont feel like going through the game linearly. Same thing i do with other sandbox type of games and oh yeah, mods added more hours
oh i left the vault, i wasnt trying to be precise. i'm not a clock master, since it was so long, could have been 4 hrs but who cares, i did not like it and i don't have to either.
i agree i have finished all game and dlc's 6 times and im on my 7th p.t... wouldnt be possible without all the awesome mods, 200 hrs is nothing.... hehe
ah ok, so you didnt fast travel i didnt do it all the time, but when im on one end of the map, wanting to get to the other, and i've already walked over that way one time, i don't see a point in going doing it again
^well, i try to take different route for that sometimes, and with mods installed its not always boring hehe, adds to the free roam/role play element. The game becomes way too easy sometimes when using fast travel and the game itself is already not too hard, no real feeling of survival unlike stalker.
You sure that's not a feeling of frustration instead? That's what I get everytime I boot up STALKER, then regret... of buying it... along with both of its sequels.
dunno, spent lot of time on all the 3 stalker games, pretty challenging but i kept playing it, just personal preference i guess.
Bought & played all three stalker games. I will be buying the next stalker game as soon as it comes out. Great game. Hopefully they don't get brain damage & make steam mandatory like with this game.
Guys. Metro 2033 is also a console game. And most of peoplemcant even run it at max and it has dx11 , u cant even understand its a console game while u play it on pc. Sure, stalker can be same. If developer isnt lazy. Vegas need more things to attract attention. Sure it will sell well enough. But if they fail , it will be a bad turning point for fallout history. Sure the developer will be flamed.
i was referring more to the gameplay than the graphics (stalker 2) but if i remember correctly, its being developed PC first by GSC then port to consoles, hope it retains (or improves) the inventory system, interactions etc.

Very GYPSY u guys keep saying console ports bla bla..i agree some console games r sht on pc ..but games like MASS EFFECT, GEARS OF WAR, latest POP, LATEST SplinterCell, METRO 2033 r good examples of console games can be good at PCs so i say, Stalker 2 can be good at console. i think its very clear.
