So while I agree that no one should be judged based on clicking an icon of a thumb (especially to the moronic extents I qouted above), the whole black and white "do you either hate this or like this" simplicity is all bull**** anyway.
Someone hated the guy in the first place. Never add anyone from work unless you frequently hang out outside of work. Also change your privacy settings to Visible to Friends only
When will people learn how to use Farcebook properly? I'm sure Zuckerberg didn't count on so many to$$ers using his social networking utility.
