Just want to ask if anyone else has experienced these flash sticks suddenly becoming useless? I had one plugged into a Wii U as extra storage for a bit and found that one just randomly went 8MB only, (losing save games) I just noticed a second has gone and done the same after being used sporadically (though usually left connected). These were genuine Kingstons and their 16 GB capacity was validated with flash tester, luckily after the first one carked it i relegated the second to only holding ISO images and a benchmark or 2.
Hi there I have few of these Kingston USB stick, 2 of them are literally dead, can't write on them even BIOS, previously I wrote on that stick Win10 etc Other 2 I use as my installation media like for Win10 or OSX I will be not buying them anymore because after 2 or 3 writing seems they're dead drives Hope this helps Thanks, Jura
