Just checked 75% and 71%.
Evga can actually tell from the serial number. Once I had to return one Classified 780 and support kept asking me if I was sure I didn't want another one since I did SLI. Since I had two at home I declined and asked just to send the replacement. The card came in retail box and when I checked the ASIC and it was 91%. I'm betting the other probably had a high ASIC as well
Wait for some reviews and see then :nerd:
Higher ASIC = higher gpu OC at lower voltage. Lower ASIC leaks more voltage but also OC's better by LN2, etc..
I can run 1215mhz 1.187v, some need 1.20v or even 1.22v with lower ASIC.
on the kingpin card it looks like its going to go fast when you cool it I don't care what ASIC it has.
what you going to get a bad one that only does 1900? I mean come on jajajajaja
I would settle for 1750 on dice bios and software
Lets see.....600 Amps of current eh? Yeah....lol I would love to see a GPU draw 600 Amps from any computer PSU....Heh.
The problem is the ASIC dont mean all.... anyway overclockers know what i mean..
I have go low ASIC ( 69% ) who was overclock like **** under subzero with xtreme voltage, i have got High ASIC who was overclock like **** under really good air cooling.. ( let alone H2o ) ..
But in overall, and i think this is the point of this campaign, High ASIC overclock better under stock cooler and i think they have bin the chips for it, so peoples should got really excellent results under stock cooling .
I know, right? Considering the max output of a typical home outlet (prior to tripping) is 20 amps, I'd love to see that too. Must be the Matrix drawing all that power.
ASIC means ****. Ive had cards with higher ASIC OC worse than other cards with lower ASIC at the same voltage and vice versa.
ASIC means jot all. It's not a guarantee of anything.
LOL, those prices are nuts!
Anyone want to buy my GTX 980 Ti SC+ card with ASIC of 83.1%!
Thing is kinda nuts hits 1520Mhz at stock voltage 1.13v.
^ how much
that is really poor service i cant even order a kingping to europe they only send to US/mexico
that´s wierd we cant get them in denmark !
Kingpin about ASIC %
High or low ASIC dont matter unless you can add voltage. Without adding extra voltage all cards are limited no matter how well you cool it. Maxwell is terrible for overvolting and is severely locked down.
