    So I just installed & started playing Disney's Epic Mickey 2: Power of Two and I have run into some major screen tearing with this game.

    Here's what I have tried so far but nothing seems to work:

    1. Enabled in game vsync - no effect
    2. Enabled vsync using D3dOverrider - no effect
    3. Tried to force vsync using the Nvidia Control Panel - no effect

    This is the first time I am having this issue with a game in recent memory especially after I have tried forcing vsync. Really can't understand why this is happening.

    My rig:

    BenQ 120 Hz LED Monitor - gaming at 1920x1080 @ 120 Hz
    Gfx card: MSI Nvidia GTX770 TwinFrozr
    Nvidia Gfx Driver Vers: 344.11

    Any suggestions would be welcome - just cant game with all this stupid screen tearing in game or the cut scenes.

    goto C:\Users\*Your Name*\AppData\Roaming\Disney Interactive Studios\Epic Mickey 2
    open the AppSettings.ini with notepad and change the line
    WindowDisplayMode=1 to
    WindowDisplayMode=2

    this fixed the horrible screen tearing for me.. i hope it helps.

    the screen tear problem is solved thanks to your workaround. However, I have another issue with the game - its locked at 30 fps. I saw an entry in the ConfigFiles.ini where it says LockedFrameRate=30.0. Changed this to 60 but it still locks it at 30 (checked with Fraps and game feels sluggish anyways) :(

    Could you please help here? i really hate playing at such a crappy fps when my hardware can easily handle it!

    Sorry I can't fix you issue but I had to post as it just made me chuckle that a member called Slayer is placing Mickey Mouse :D

    Hope you get your issue fixed tho.

    hahaha.. good one!

    well i got it fixed - there is a workaround by using a CheatEngine to fool the game to run at 60 fps and it worked great... but the game is so damn boring that i just couldn't continue. Uninstalled it & now playing Wolfenstein New Order.

    Since there is a fix, care to share it here. Saves this being a pointless thread with no resolve.

    Also, i think DarrenH was looking for a 60fps tweak to this game. So im sure he'd appreciate it.

    Cheers.
