Do you mean by earbuds the kind of earphones that does not enter the ear canal and seal (In-Ear Monitors, IEMs)? The ones that rest in the outer ear?

    I have these: http://shop.panasonic.com/shop/model/RP-HJE350-A

It was $25 and is very good, good bass and sound reproduction is pretty good too, of course it's not top of the line but sounds about the same as the cheapest Beats earphones lol.

Don't hate me for suggesting this but the new Apple ear buds sound really good.

I have some pricey headgear laying around, but for cheap, i actually liked the Logitech ones i had, their really not that far off, imo, from the $400 iem's i have, but everyone's opinion will differ for various reasons.

They are pretty decent, I agree, as I bought some to use with my white iPad 4 but the shape of them means that they have a tendency to slip out of my ears which is annoying. I'm sat still as well while using them, not jogging or walking with them.

I much prefer Sony's own in-ear phones for general music listening such as these which I bought last year: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004NRNMIS/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Those are the most comfortable and best quality earphones I've ever had the pleasure of using. They fit perfectly into my ear and stay there even if I shake my head around. They are expensive though at £38 but are worth every penny.

I recommend the Sennheiser MX 365. They are ok for the price.
