SimCity for Mac is has arrived and much like the PC launch (which was a disaster) the launch isn't going terribly smoothly for many users, with user complaints ranging from installation issues to th... EA released SimCity for MAC - and screws it up
Macs are popular coz of, well its apple, but i'll assume that most mac users who game will also have a windows pc or a console. I think if your gonna spend money on releasing your games for alternative OS's, then Linux would be your best bet, as i reckon that there are more Linux users that play games vs the mac crowd. These are just some unresearched assumptions of course.
Anyone shocked by this? anyone at all? EA needs to be removed from all decisions regarding games and let the developer do there job
It seems to me that EA tries to rush games out and make quick money on it rather than make a quality product and potentially make even more. If it weren't for Battlefield 3 & 4 and the Crysis games I almost certainly wouldn't buy any more of their games.
maybe they felt the mac users need a reason to hate them too, if so job well done on there part. EA was once a good brand name but, they starting buy out game developer and then starting tell those developers there jobs. End result is broken game, and many shut down studios. cause EA just cant let the developers/Studio do there job with out them saying you cant do that or do it this way..
Well the game has turned into 'sincity' because of all the problems and frustration since day one. Sometimes you don't need a demo or gameplay video to decide whether to buy a game or not.
Well, they didn't have any $ from the console owners this time, and mac is the only other platform available.
