Earlier this year, EA announced that it would not host its usual pre-E3 press conference at EA Play this year – instead, we’d get a weekend full of in-depth live streams on the publisher’s upcoming games on June 8 and 9. Now, those plans have gotten scaled back even further – all of EA’s official streams are getting condensed down to Saturday, June 8.

Looking forward to Bethesda's conference, DOOM Eternal news should be awesome.

Also, curious if the rumors about WB having a new Batman game coming are true.

Let's see how much get leaked by "accident" before the actual event.

The three things I'm hoping for: A release date for Control, a possible release date for Cyberpunk 2077, and of course lots of new footage from both games.

Control's release date has already been announced. August 27th, 2019. Microsoft put the date out early, but Remedy later confirmed it was true.
The game will then release on Steam on August 27th, 2020.

I'll be very surprised if Cyberpunk 2077 gets a release date. I expect more game footage, but, more of them trying to skirt around the subject.

Personally, idgaf about E3. At least I don't feel deceived when there is drama around downgrades or disappointed about delays :p New console announcements would be cool though, don't care about anything else.

It's another one of those timed exclusives that Epic shits money at. Ignore it and wait.
or sail the 7 seas, if it pleases

Yes, Control's publisher bought into Epic's money dumps and made Control an Epic exclusive for one year.

But, look at it this way, when it finally hits Steam... patches, updates, fixes... those of us that wait, will get a more polished, better game. And we won't have to go through any "birthing" pains that could come with the initial release.
This is the one that pissed me off. Metro was annoying, and Outer Worlds... meh. But, I'm a massive Remedy fan, and was really pissed to see this move.
If I really can't wait, I'll just get it for my PS4.

As for E3, my main interest is Bethesda's conference. As I said above, DOOM Eternal content should be awesome. Also, should get a good look at Wolfenstein: Youngblood, maybe some future RAGE 2 content.
And hopefully... HOPEFULLY... word on what Arkane are working on, or even Tango (Evil Within 3 PLEASE!)

Outside of that, I'd say Dying Light 2 is a big one I'm watching. Also hoping WB will announce whatever Monolith Productions are working on.
A few other titles I'm excited for, but, nothing really being a "MUST SEE" right now. I know everyone is super excited for Cyberpunk 2077, and I am to. I just don't see any solid info coming from E3. Just some more gameplay, and talk about how they are trying it make it "as good as possible"... love to be wrong, but just how I see it.

Oh no worries, that's how I indeed lok at it! If anything, I have finally been making progress in my extensive backlog of old games this way (and a summer sale is approaching...).

I hope Bethesda announces some new games besides the ones they've shown. I'd also like a pre-order for DOOM Eternal ASAP.

I see a DOOM Eternal release date announcement.
Plus, of course, talk about Fallout 76's upcoming content, updates on Elder Scrolls online...

But yes, I'd love for some news on new games.

Not shocked what exactly have EA got in the pipeline? Another Battlefield... yawn, update to number 364 to the Fifa series... double yawn. Some updates to Anthem... does anyone actually care about that game anymore?

Only a few games I am really interested in now. Cyberpunk, Doom Eternal
A few games that need changes but I have a passing interest anyway. The next ES game but only if Bethesda say they are dumping the tired and horribly out dated Gamebyro / Creation Engine engine. The FF7 remake as long as the rumours about them splitting the game in two and charging full price for each half are false. GTA6 I grew to hate GTA5 / Online but have a fascination to see just how far Rcokstar are willing to go with the next GTA game given that RDR2 / Online has proven to be no where near as successful.

Bethesda have already said Starfield and ES6 will not be shown during their showcase.

And Cyberpunk 2077 won't be playable at E3, there will be "hands off" demos, and behind closed door showings.
But, the game is still probably further out then most want to admit.
