Start Radeon Settings, Go to Display Menu. There pick your screen and on top right you'll see : Identify; Color; Specs

When i change color settings in radeon app, brightness in games is ok, but on desktop is too high

I'll try older version from amd site.

What about monitor's color profile. is that default from windows or is there some specific?

Right CLick on desktop > Display Settings
    >> Scroll down to: Advanced Display Settings
    >> Click : Display adapter properties for Display "<Name>"
    >> Click: Color Management Tab > Color Management... (Button)

May be empty or there may be profile for your screen. (This should usually serve to get proper color balance, but it may break something too.)

Finally i found out what was the problem. I changed from ycbcr to limited RGB and problem is solved. When i try Full rgb, black is too "black"
Monitor is Dell 2340L. I use DP-HDMI cabel. With hdmi cabel all stays same
Edit. my monitor doesn't support full rgb. Time for new monitor i think) Can someone suggest me monitor (27 - 144hz pref). My pc spec MSI RX 570 8GB, i5 4570, 8gb ram
