Got given a bottle of nondescript Glenmorangie last night with a 1L bottle of Jack Daniels, no paper label, writing and logo engraved into the glass bottle. Mate gave me these, the Glenmorangie label was all peeled off and old, all I could work out was the Glenmorangie name, not sure how old it is. The JD cork was snapped, but managed to get it out. These have been kept for god knows how many years in my mate's shed, he only found them a couple of weeks ago and he knows I like the stuff so he handed them over for a pint lol. Just popped the Glenmorangie, lovely stuff. Always liked Glenmorangie, they make some easy to drink speyside stuff. EDIT: I apologize if I'm arsy tonight, my idiot tolerance goes to zero when I'm drunk.
I tried some Sam Adams Summer Ale last night and have to say that is was reallly good. I don't particularly like SA, but I'd have no problem drinking that brew.
Don't like sam adams you say! that's heresy! anyway i used to not like the regular sam adams boston lager. i got into sam adams with their seasonal beers. now i like almost everything sam adams makes including the regular lager. i recommend getting the seasonal variety 12 packs each season. there is one in the summer pack called porch rocker. its a little lighter than summer ale with more citrus. the summer ale is alright, but winter lager is the best. i think i will grab a summer ale from my variety pack right now since you brought it up
Innis & Gunn make my favourite beers, and I think rum finish has to be the best of the bunch. Absolutely delicious and great in all weathers - I find the darker beers less appetising in the summer but not this bad boy. The Scots make some God-awful food (macaroni pie? Deep fried pizza?) but they certainly know how to brew a beverage
i have to give this beer mention here! a delicious stout. can be found in the winter season made in small batches. single 1 pint 6 ounce size.
Sober from this **** for five days now. Plan is forever. Won't accomplish but will try. Alcohol maybe once a semester. Some interesting beer here.
Woozy off Johnny Black and Kush, last night and again tonight, lol! Merry Christmas and Happy New year all! Luv you guys an gals!
This Craft Beer Made with Seawater Is (Almost) Hangover-Free http://munchies.vice.com/articles/t...-almost-hangover-free?utm_source=munchiesfbus Sometimes I feel the sobriety after a hangover is the real buzz. edit Ha: posts: 1,000 My 1000th post was about beer. That's pretty good.
