Honestly I see Dragon age 2 as a ME2. Cut the useless crap in the first and make it more fun and interesting to play. ME2 > ME1. ME2 simply had the best dialogs/epic feeling !
I'm hoping that the use of DX11 in DA2 is an indication that we may well get some tasty DX11 features in ME3.
As someone posted in that thread, such early reviews from specific magazines are very likely payed ones to hype up the game before release. I doubt it will be as good as the first DA, but I would be glad if I'm wrong.
However, the person who did the review seemed to be very specific about what they thought about the game, wasn't just OOO AWESOME 94%! I'm just still disappointed I can't pay for this game because of the DRM they decided to include.
I will buy it even just out of respect for the first one, but I hope the end product is not THAT much diffrent from the orginal as it looks to be. Ah well, at least there will be a demo.
Yeah - better steal it. Make sure BioWare learns its lesson for giving PC gamers a leg up and goes over to pure console games. Real smart... sheesh.
Agreed, if ever there is a game/dev that shouldnt be pirated, this is it. Planning to pirate it is shameful.
Wow nice. I hope the incorporeate DX11 features into Mass Effect 3 as well... though I don't know how that works with the UE3.
I'm somehow hoping one of the gamestop employees decide to "leak" the demo. I know its bad of me, but with the lack of games atm, I'm really hoping to sink my teeth into something juicy until Dragon Age 2 is fully launched and interesting to know that High and Very High settings are exclusively for DX11, though a shame that it won't be available in the demo (Medium settings is the highest you can go in the demo) Edit: seems the gameplay mechanics are very similar to DA1. The video is still loading, I wonder if the hack-and-slash option is available for the PC version
