FIXED - Dragon Age 1920x1080 issue after 9.11

Hey guys. Have this weird issue after updating to 9.11 that is really vexing. I can't play with 1920 by 1080 anymore since the pixels don't seem to be mapped to each other. The screen is really strechted out beyond the borders of my screen, making me not able to see menu choices and UI elements.
The only real change I've made is updating my drivers and that seemed to fix video stutters for me. Updating the game did nothing.. absoluteley no difference at all before or after the driver change.

I can play at a lower resolution, but that results in jaggies as we all know and loathe, and it doesn't solve my 'full screen' problem since the screen then seems too small, and has black borders, no matter what resolution I choose.

Full screen is checked and everyhting else seems to be in order.
Anyone else with this problem or a possible solution?

    Rock on people.
