Download Windows Vista SP1 with a registry hack

Hello I Need HELP, after i install SP1 and boot at Vista, Windows says at startup page of vista "update is configure" then my computer restart and after the startup line of boot windows srts to count files from 1 tp 74129 but at file 6288 has an "error?" :
!! 0xc0190036 !! 6288/74129 (_DataOracleClientPerfCounters_shared12_ne...)
and my computer stuck the, but the screen is blinking.
Onyone Please Help.

 

well... it might be related to the first time you tried to install unsuccessfully. Try safe mode... if that doesn't work... well... it's beta and you messed up the installation anyway.

If i go with bootdisck of Vista and type "chkdsk /f " it seys: this index entry
_DataOracleClientPerfCounters_shared12_neutral.ini in index $I30 of file 56938 is incorrect.
anyone has this file so i can overwrite it ?
