No they didnt. Both temperature and fan speed percentage are there.

The Cyberpunk 2077 shadow corruption issue is not limited to the RX 6000 series, but is also present on my daily driver, which is a RX 570 4G.

Fixed. Clean install using DDU, and works great

The frequency bounce can be caused by micro stuttering. You don't see it on FPS meter, but monitor must change the frequency very quickly for FreeSync being effective. The visible flickering happen mostly on VA screens, because they change brightness with frequency. I had this problem too, but finally I solved it by lower FreeSync range with CRU: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/forums/posts/34489175
You can also try CapFrameX to detect microstuttering.

I am confused on how to install the UWP control panel and the drivers.
Because, using the "only install driver" method, installs the normal driver and the UWP control panel fails to install.

    Anyone know how?

Odd. Not for me. Here i only shows RPM.
And i don't seem to be the only one. This is a screenshot i just found. [IMG]

No Fan Percentage there neither (only RPM). I mean sure you can tell by the small circle but i'd still prefeer a percentage number.

Yeah you are right sorry. For whatever reason i was thinking of tuning tab. There is a fan percentage but monitoring only shows rpm.

You can't. UWP is only for legitimate, official drivers stamped by Microsoft.

I don't recall it ever showing a percentage. I switched to AMD in early February this year.

I have the Samsung CHG70 27" with firmware 1025 that supports FreeSync Premium Pro. What would you recommend changing the lower end of FreeSync to in order to combat this brightness flickering behaviour? It is currently at 48-144hz.

    Since when are non-WHQL illegitimate?

You have NO IDEA how laissez-faire the WHQL process is. For a small one-time fee, your company can get their own WHQL certificate from Microsoft to WHQL your own development, and never have to submit to Microsoft. Creative Labs does this, as well as a company I worked for.

You, sir, have drunk deeply the WHQL Kool-Aid.

Served and delivered from Microsoft repositories. I do not need to further tell anything else. That goes for all windows insider drivers which UWP control panel made for. Read, learn, repeat.

There is no Fee for WHQL anymore.

You only pay for your own EV certificate.

WHQL and Beta WHQL certs still require the driver passes the WHCK tests.

kinda solved the issue I was having when controlling volume(+/-) with keyboard inside a game, frame rate drops to 1 fps and game freezes while windows volume pop-up animation is displayed (animation duration is 5 seconds).

Now it just micro stutter when volume pop-up fade in/fade out, a millisecond, not the whole 5 second animation.

Not perfect, but way much better.

EDIT: nevermind.. today, after a restart, its happening again

However still as preview.... and it already received an internal update (changing the build number as a result)...
Will wait till it is "final" if I could name any of the MS updates "final and/or stable" lol...
