Telemetry is in windows since WinXP :p (i have this set to Off w/No Upload Policy in gpedit.msc)
So far this WinX is the best Windows of them all IMhO.

Stability & Performance in Mind, Gaming and some Photoshop + rarely 3DsMax.
All is Fine, no eye candies just Performance.

Tweaks in Our RadeonPro thread ;)
(In time there was more than RP to advise, can't change name)

Overlay causes horrible FPS in FFXIV.

AMD released video about relive for their pro cards and seems to be close to OBS's capabilities.

radeon team, for sure. xiv's code is spagetti but the overlay app developers are the ones responsible for their own performance.

Why do you want to use AMD Overlay over the MSI Afterburner capabilities?

Interesting, never seen any FPS hit when using Afterburner at all, maybe I was just lucky :)

Those who are just lucky as you are simply lack horrible documentation reading skills and can configure it properly ;)

I lost Freesync on Radeon VII with this driver so had to back to previous version.

Performance in Gaming is similar, 3Dmark score is 400pts lower tho.
So IMO this is not Best performing driver, but not the worst either.

In HITMAN 2 (DX12) framerate is noticeably higher with 19.5.2, at least in my case. Earlier I had to lower the level of detail from ultra to high to get 60 fps in some scenes.

Found the issue, I have the intel hd integrated gpu enabled for a second monitor. Disabled the intel HD gpu from device manager and used DDU to uninstall the Radeon drivers. Then installed 19.7.1 and got it working. After windows boots to idle I can start up radeon settings, and then I can go back to device manager and just enable the Intel HD gpu to turn on the second monitor. Everything works fine this way.
So basically radeon settings doesn't open and keeps eating 15% CPU if the intel hd gpu turns on before it loads.

Perhaps lower fps in 19.7.1 was because of Antilag being enabled? I remember someone mentioned it earlier he had in CSGO 300+ before and around 250 with Antilag enabled. If that's the case then it's not probably worth to have Antilag enabled. But Antilag does not work in DX12 right.

I don't even install Radeon Settings. Display driver only.
