Hello, i've downloaded the last version of MSI Afterburner today, i saw that it comes with:

• Fixed issue with missing memory temperature sensor on AMD RADEON 5700 / 5700 XT series graphics cards

This is nice for me, cause i have a 5700XT and im mining, and i want to check my memory temperature.

My question its about the size of system tray icons, I don't know why, but the "Memory temperature" icon is bigger than the others, check it:

Maybe the problem is with the other 2 icons, which are too small (CPU Temperature and GPU Temperature)

Because when I add other different icons, they are the same size as the icon of "Memory Temperature".

I don't know if it's some option I changed, if someone can help me I would appreciate it.

 

I found the problem, its the colours of tray icons.

If i change tray icons to RED (For example) , the icons looks more bigger than blue (for example).

I've already solved the problem by putting the right colors in every icons, I got them all the same size.

Hello everyone. Got a question if anyone can help.

I was messing around with the net1 upload rate in the active hardware monitor graphs. Actually all I did was to delete the word "bytes" from the counter name "Bytes sent/sec". Then the perfcounter.dll disappeared from that selection, then the program crashed and then the net1 upload rate disappeared completely. It is not higher or lower on the list, I checked. Disabling and re-enabling perfcounter.dll did not bring it back!

Is there a way to get it back?

Made a forum account because I dont know where I can post this since I got a bsod caused by msi afterburner.

This morning I turned on the pc and left it on the log in screen while I was doing other stuff, like a hour later I put the password to fully login into windows and the pc bsod 30 seconds after.

Does this happen every time you boot the PC?

 

Hey i am on the latest Win 11 insider Dev, and i notice that something weird is going on with the CPU usage in Msi afterburner, Riva turner overlay!
is this common in the dev build of windows 11 or is this just a cause of my unsupported hardware?

Forgot to post an update, it wasnt msi afterburner or a nvidia driver, the issue was a faulty memory module that died with less than 6 month of use (corsair vengeance lpx) memtest86 didnt pick the issue when running a single stick, but it showed thousands of errors very quickly in dual channel. Testmem5 with @anta777 confirmed the issue with one of the sticks.

 

Man does anyone know why my power slider is suddenly greyed out for seemly no reason at all?

I have a factory overclocked 104 A chip & i've always been able to adjust from 0-106% on power but the other day i fired up my pc & it was greyed out. Tried DDU, old drivers, new drivers, clean win install, even reflashed my stock vga bios again...nothing. Still greyed out...have no idea why.

Bruh...Why didn't i think of that? Pretty sure when i formatted my drive & fresh installed Windows, that took care of that.

I've also tried going back to the last beta just to see & that didn't work/help either. Yes clean installs every time, program data, user data, purged from registry...etc etc. Idk maybe my card is just on it's way out...i'm stumped.

Edit: Well i'll be damned...tried the latest Studio driver & it came back.

also is it possible for afterburner lite?, with less sensory option, dark mode with no riva tnt
