Yes, and I'm on freakin' GTX 295. It drops from perfect 60 FPS (vsync on) to low 40's. Also getting artifacts... water looks all pixelated.

Treyarch's new patch 1.2 is full of **** too. Game crashes with 24-bit audio. I have to lower it to 16-bit.

    1) I don't know. Quite frankly, you should stick to the latest WHQL driver. You can get that from http://www.nvidia.com
    2) Hrm, actual, no. Now that I think about it some more, I realize that you just need to uninstall your display driver and then install the proper Nvida display driver. Driver Cleaner Pro is an optional extra step.
    3) Once again, I don't know.

Never used the 181.22s, but I have noticed a bit more stuttering too. I agree that there are less in-game artifacts. GTA4 - what a let down spec-wise :(

I just uninstalled ISATAP, I thought it would install automatically when I turned my computer on, but it didn't. So I won't bother installing that **** again, it was just weird.

I will try to do those other stuff, thanks.

well i don't play much games. i play insurgency, counter strike source, and left 4 dead. so for those that are interested, i went to this driver version from 181.22 and i see significant fps performance in all 3 games.

Have the exact same issue... :3eyes:
One thing that did change is that it finally shows my installed games list... Well one of them... :bang:

Performance wise they are a lot better then the 181.22 I used prior..

just tried nVidia's site for updates to my brilliant 180.60 CUDA beta driver, they suggested the WHQL 182.06.
Installed it, no problems so far. everything ok. Excellent IQ, frame rates. Keepers.

Heh, instead of posting a screenshot, why didn't you just post links to the drivers?

Anyway, nvidia has just released the 182.06 WHQLs

    XP32
    XP64
    Release notes for XP

    Vista32
    Vista64
    Release notes for Vista

Not quite, they fix this bug

    GeForce 9800 GTX/GX2/GT/GTX+, GeForce 8800 GTS/GT/GS: The system
hangs when switching between performance states. [516808]

My way he or anyone else can read release information and if then they wanted the drivers then they can visit the Nvidia website on their own.

Still silly to post just a screenshot. You could have pasted the text instead.

The 182.06 WHQL was just released and it does all I hoped my gtx 285 would do. It can take a hell of an over clockling too. stock is 648/1571/1242 (2484).
The over clock is 690/1571/1300 (2600).
My Cpu is running 4.01 gigs, memory is 1601, FSB 1s 2000. Not a hiccup.UT3 never ran better.

Lot's of love for this driver <3 Not a single crash in a week. Almost every driver before this since 177.83 have crashed several times everyday.
