I have seen Monitors like Asus MX34VQ. They have native 100Hz but not G-Sync or FreeSync. If I buy that monitor will it work with my Geforce 1080 Ti or should I go for G-Sync? Please help me as the title say they support 100Hz... Pls Help!!

Not a monitor expert, but if your rig is capable to maintain steady 100 FPS in any workload then there is no need in G-Sync, imo.

G-Sync works best in the 80-120Hz range. I highly recommend it if you usually play with vsync but hate the input lag.

If you play with vsync off and don't care about tearing, then yeah, g-sync is not important for you.
