Ampere gpu scaling look better than Pascal Maxwell ?

for example more CSGO pro players play low resolusiotn (1280x960)

I mean 3070 gpu scaling look better than gtx 970 and gtx 1060 ?

I try google but no any information

Turing+ GPU scaling is lanczos based, similar to AMD's FSR to a degree.
    Pre-Turing scaling is simple bilinear.
So the answer is yes, if you're using GPU scaling then it will produce better quality on Ampere than on Pascal.
