So I made 2 benchmaks with 3Dmark with my current PC, and especially the Skydiver one is bugging me, because my physics score was abysmal. The Firestrike one is in all parts low, that's why I don't think this one is too important, but well: Skydiver Benchmark: 3dmark.com/sd/3038175 Firestrike Benchmark: 3dmark.com/3dm/6961042? If I understood the Physics test correctly, it is mainly using the CPU and the RAM. When looking at the other systems with the same GPU/CPU I realize that mine is one of the worst, so the difference should lie in the RAM/Mainboard compartment. I had some difficulties with my current RAM/Board combo in the past, got lots of freezes and blue screens (I pretty much solved it by playing with the mainboard settings and removing 1 2GB RAM block, Memtest didn't have clear results), and I still get some but rarely (like twice in a month). But is this issue really the reason for my low score or is it just the hardware in general? Here are some CPU-Z screenshots regarding the Mainboard/RAM: i.imgur.com/ql4tfKF.png i.imgur.com/WU600wB.png i.imgur.com/wK8yuJE.png i.imgur.com/QOmTXo0.png Any ideas besides new hardware? And if no, which hardware to replace?
I suppose so, I'm still wondering why the physics score is so low in comparism to similar systems. I saw a system with 8GB RAM (4*2GB) with a score of 4910 compared to mine with 3886.
