This is not a 'drone'. It's a quad-copter. It's remote controlled. A drone is automated. It can be modified to become a drone, by adding additional components, but as it stands it requires a pilot.
Nope. Even dji states drone/quadrotor. Uav is unmanned aerial vehicle = aircraft/heli without pilot IN it. All uavs/most drones still require a pilot on the "ground". Even if its just to turn it on (rc stuff). Plus, male bees/wasps/worker ants etc. have been called drones before there were multirotors...
