Hello guys , if the notebook suddenly shuts down and when restarted the screen turns black with running red and blue dots vertically... Is it a GPU or LCD fault.

Test by connecting an external monitor, if that's the same, it's probably the GPU, if it's fine, likely the screen

Not ruling out other things, but they are two suspects

Suddenly shut down? You mean on it's own or if you forced it to shut down violently?
The shut down could be heat issues as well.

I also had some thoughts about overheating as the temperatures are rather high.. it might need to change the thermal paste but its hard to find somebody that its expert in doing that on laptop,,, The other laptop that exhibited heat issues previously was damaged as the thermal paste was not properly applied....
Recetly i noticed t he lcd lights can be seen through the lcd,, meaning the screen is likely the problem... could you concur..>
