You are not following the instructions correctly. Prior to usage of DDU, disable your internet connection.

Thanks but it worked on the 4th attempt, so all these years ive been doing it wrong even though this is the first time ive had this issue, 441.66 drivers are 5 months old and are no longer the latest drivers that auto install from windows so disconnecting the net would not stop what ever was happening but thanks for the advice, currently trying 450.82 and installed the same way ive done for years without problems and they work fine.

Just noticed the warning about ddu....dont now why but didnt have issue before changing to 450.82

your latest RTX package 445.87 does not include NGXcore for RTX for the Mega link. Downloading the google drive link now. But I think you made a slight mistake there.

That is correct, it's part of the core driver now. Recent Nvidia change.

That's not something I'm testing. As a suggestion - run benchmark tools and compare it. Generally you want to always use the most recent driver available for your GPU.

Thank you for your quick response. I had a feeling it might. Sorry for calling you out that I thought you made a mistake. I doubted that conclusion after I had posted it. RTX seems to work fine with your clean version or my own cleaned one without the NGXcore folder.

No worries. I appreciate when people point out to potential mistakes - human error is always lurking* on the horizon.

Cryo, great work as always, mate. Sometimes I wait for your clean version or I'll do it myself, depends on the time I see the driver release vs your posting them. Either way, keep it up and you too stay safe and healthy.

About HDR issues, yep F1 2019 definetly has an issue, seems really bright when you enable HDR. Seem like the gamma setting on the HDR config in the driver is way off. So hoping this fixes it, as it's stating, according to the release info :)

Thank you for the kind words mate!

Try it out and feel free to leave the info for others, hopefully, it helps you. Personally, I can't test it as I don't own an HDR monitor.

    Hello Sir,

I just installed the latest HotFix 445.98 (which does not have NGXCore folder) using clean method and after that, I tried to install an older driver version (442.74 which contains the NGXCore folder) and the Nvidia installer is telling me that I don't have any NGX driver installed for my RTX card.

Also, trying to install the official full driver version 445.87, the Nvidia installer is still telling me that I don't have any NGX driver installed.

    This is something weird.o_O

Not sure, as I don't have an RTX card so I can't test. Try using DDU, followed by a full clean install of a new driver.
