    1-Open Regedit
2-Go to the following Registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
3-On the right, create a new 32-Bit DWORD value FeatureSettingsOverride.
Set its value data to 2 in decimals.
4-Now create a new 32-Bit DWORD value FeatureSettingsOverrideMask and set it to 3.
    5-Restart the PC and enjoy.

PD: Sorry for my bad english.

Why would Windows enable the Meltdown workarounds on AMD? Have you actually tested that you need to do any of this? AMD and Microsoft are not exactly strangers with each other. AMD does work with Microsoft on how to implement these patches.
