    Ok...do this:

    - Run CPU Core Parking Utility
    - Scan, check status, hit "Park All", reboot
    - Run regedit, find this:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583

    - Set "Attributes" dword to "0"
    - Open "Power Options", choose your power plan and hit "Change plan settings"
    - Open "Advanced Power Settings" and go for "Processor Power Management"
    - Set "Processor performace core parking min cores" to 100% for parking disable.

from www.xtremehardware.com | Controlling the Core Parking ---

...A second way, more practical, is a setting to enable an advanced processor core power management, to control the parking. By setting to zero the Attributes sub key in the registry key you enable this setting in the panel. We verified that the change of this value is immediate, namely it does not require a reboot and it works in real time: it is not necessary to close and reopen the running program.

PS. I sugest to read the full Overview.

I suggest to use bitsum Process Lasso's free tweaking utility "Parkcontrol" then this tool, its more accurate and doesnt cause any conflicts like this app can. Just my 2 cents :nerd:

Why does one actually need an utility to do that? Unparked my cores with reg editting and nothing more...

I have not changed anything in registry and not used any program to change things but my resource manager does not have parked next to any cores. Is this because I'm on High performance?

Thisable power saving feat on bios and power options will make a difference as to choosing power saver will make your system slower
