Remove and RE-SIT your graphic card.
    otherwise; RE install Windows.

Declare your OS, card, apps and how exactly those apps fail to run.

    Windows 10 which version?

Have you browsed Event viewer for errors in Application log?
Is Game mode enabled for these two apps?

What games do you have????? Forget about "pinball arcade and stern pinball arcade"

Did you OPEN your rig and removed the GPU and placed it AGAIN???? o_O
Man, things wont work out without giving the full specifications of your system and TRYING the solutions that are being mentioned from above replies.....

Not a great thing to do when someone is trying to help is disregard what they have to say and blatantly be aggressive

be nice and it might help ... peace

I know its seated properly, hence why I know i dont need to remove it, if it wasnt seated properly none of my other games would run!

Did you run the DirectX runtime? (June 2010 version, about 95 MB.) Core files ship with the OS but not the extra bits though if this was a straight upgrade from RS3 to RS4 these are still installed.
(Display driver could be a bit of a mess but if you updated that too then it shouldn't be a issue, there's newer available though but if this worked before then that's irrelevant.)

I'd try a couple of different games to see if it's the same for all or if it's specific to these pinball games or it's game engine too, could be a compatibility issue on their end after all.
(Disabling Windows Defender could perhaps also help to ensure the new protection mechanics aren't blocking the exe, doesn't mean it quarantines it but it blocks it or tries some restricted or compatibility mode.)

yeh i ran the direct x runtime, said there was a more current version installed. It just seems to be these pinball games, i've also posted on their forums and no one has experienced this problem so i concluded that it was a directx or gfx card problem, disabling defender did nothing either.

0xC0000374 - Heap Corruption Exception. And module "PCH_FF_FROM_ntdll" has nothing to do with DirectX or videocard drivers. It can be that these two games are just badly coded for DX11 mode.

Btw, if game folder contains MS VC redistributable DLLs (msvc*.dll, installed locally in game folder) you can try to rename them to force game use DLLs installed globally in system.
Also you can try to update all MS VC DLLs (globally in the system) with
