Probably gold. I was testing out the Mystic on a few of my items and I blew 30 mil before I knew it. Every time you re roll on the same item, the costs go up.

I just sold a grisworlds masterpeice for 400,000,000 gold that i sniped for 5mil on patch day. sold it on the RMAH for $43.20. thats paying for the expansion for me.
It was down for a few days, but it's back up. It's very expensive though, around £4/50m. I'm up to 500m now which was my goal to take into RoS, bought some bracers for 15k and sold them for 7m which pushed me over the edge.
Broke a skull pile in the fields of misery when re-playing act 1, got a pair of "Boj Anglers" boots form it but they had pretty terrible statistics so I scrapped them for one of those fireball components. Next to that was a chest containing a "Adventurer's Journal" which I thought was some receipt but it's not so I do not know how to use them but the description references Pender's Purchase which is this - http://us.battle.net/d3/en/artisan/blacksmith/recipe/penders-purchase - if that's accurate it'll be a while before I can use it, once I figure out how to actually use that item, probably need both that and the actual receipt.
yeah, it's for a lvl 70 legendary glove, Pender's Purchase. It's one of the ingredients required for crafting of those gloves. They do look nice, though.
Hmm I've not crafted any legendary items (Two and a half million gold to buy plans from that girl in act 2 so they're a bit out of reach until one drops.) but I take it they do need these items too then in addition to the components. Also I take it the component needed for the blacksmith and jeweler to reach 11 and then 12 is also something that drops later on in Act 5 once ROS is actually released.
From a Legendary Ring. Summons a Goblin that collects Grey/White items. Once it has collected 12 it drops a Rare with a chance of a Legendary. But i hope to get rid of it soon so i can salvage for crafting mats again. ------------------------------------- Also figured out the Stuttering i got is related to the ingame V-Sync. But sadly enough Patch 2.0 broke the ability to force it in NVCP/Inspector.
Started playing again, love the changes to the loot. I'm actually getting upgrades for my characters dropping, whereas before I quit I maybe got 1 upgrade the entire time I played without looking at the AH (Which I rarely did as I'm not an AH person). Though I still get nasty FPS drops on the Bridge areas in Act 3, any fixes? Happened before I quit as well. Everywhere else is fine. Been using this SweetFX http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/904/ and looks much better than default.
Bridge is stuttery in places. So is a few other locations. Nothing much you can do. Svarog, that's a puzzle ring, I really want one!
