Has it been stated that there will be a day 1 patch?
Either way, we'll find out tomorrow.
Unlocks at 4pm tomorrow here in the UK according to the Steam counter so there's no chance of me having a quick go on it before work. Oh well, I'm off next week so I should have plenty of time to play this game then. I'm really looking forward to it. Need something else to distract me from loading up No Man's Sky and being constantly disappointed at the sameness of it all.
Yeah, no midnight release on this one. Which sucks.
I'll have to check it out tomorrow evening when I get home from work.
I can see a lot of settings that can easily be turned down for those with lesser gpus.
Will play some tomorrow, should be good.
Probably new driver from AMD today or tomorrow before the deus ex release.
Nvidia already released one, if i recall right!
Looking forward to play!
I don't remember exactly when it was added but there is a profile for Mankind Divided in AMD's drivers.
<profile Area="CFX" Usage="Deus Ex: Mankind DividedProfile" Notes="Deus Ex: Mankind Divided">
<application Title="Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" File="DXMD.exe">
<use Area="CFX">Deus Ex: Mankind DividedProfile</use>
EDIT: Should be from the 16.7.3 drivers.
(And possibly tweaked a bit in later ones.)
I've not seen a source but someone here told that there would be a 4GB patch released tomorrow.
On PS4 no word about PC.
And yes the game appears remarquably scalable so my 980 is not scared. High/very high settings at 60fps should be doable maybe a few stuff at ultra.
My Evga 1070 is on the way in any case.
I read there's not much traffic or people moving about in the city. So that it may look a little empty downtown? I hope that's not the case. The screens looks nice btw.
OMG. PS4. Only on PS4 will be day 1 patch. :wanker:
On steam community was confirmed day 1 patch(ofcourse) 3gb.
Lirik is playing right now...
Ah, interesting. But no mention of any performance improvements in any case.
Ultra settings are impractical for 60fps even on a 1080 but no harm done considering the very nature of PC gaming is to be scalable. It's not like the game looks bad on high or even medium which is reportedly the closest approximation of what is used on consoles at only 30fps.
that's the same reason im not loading it up anymore, sameness over again...
Has this been posted yet?
Not exactly christmas for us 1440p screen owners :/
These are the "ultra" gfx settings that are stressing out the latest hardware at 1080p?
Looks like *hit to be honest.
Doesn't look good, but TAA would clean than up as would some driver forced AF.
I can deal with the graphics. What bugs me is that you are standing there with your gun pointed at them and zero sh*ts are given. So in the future there is as much fear of someone pointing a gun at you as there would be if they were pointing a candy bar?
Improve AI then worry about graphics.
Still getting this game.
Are you talking about the YouTube link or the benchmarks on their website? The YouTube link of the benchmark clearly said it used 8xMSAA.
As for the benchmarks on their website, I would take those with a grain of salt, as the game code they benchmarked wasn't final.
