Today Square Enix debuted the first in-game footage of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/deus-ex-mankind-divided-gameplay-trailer.html
A good place for put their demonstration of the new Dawn engine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-epev7cT30 - Depth-of-Field & Bokeh - Post-Process and Color Correction - Global Illumination - Parallax Occlusion Mapping (POM) - Screen Space Reflection - Volumetric Lighting & Air Density - PUREhair & PUREmaterial (AMD TressFX) Definitively many good annonces from SquareEnix: FF7 remake, TombRaider who seems absolutely georgous even on the PS4, Hitman, Deus EX etc etc.
For be honest, now i try avoid to compare with original version, whatever it is DeusEX, TR.... i try to take the things as they come.
Yeah, me too. Last TR game was really good though, bar the single island setting, I wish they went a globetrotting a bit more. This new Deus EX will hopefully be a good game.
Seems like a better rounded game than its predecessor, especially talking about non-lethal approaches. I mean non-lethal basically meant stealth or die. Now we have a chance to actually fight properly. That plus I'm a hardcore DX fanboii and I'd love to see how the story progresses. Dunno, I have a good feeling about this.
I really enjoyed human revolution, and this is looking like it could be an excellent sequel. The tech demo looks good too! You can tell during some scenes of the game trailer that whatever system it was running on was struggling a bit. Hopefully the new engine effects won't be too tough on our gear. The hype train continues!
Anyone else notice the distinct lack of orange tone in this video. In fact I am amazed by the total lack of orange. We sure this is a follow up to Deus Ex HR?
They probably listened to the customers, most of them were annoyed by the distinct orange effect. In my opinion, it gave the game some degree of uniqueness when it came to graphics. Basically out of 1000 games you could immediately tell which one was DX. On the other hand, it was a bit annoying.
