The Dell S2318NX, S2418NX and S2718NX are based on the new InfinityEdge design and support ‘Dell HDR’, these monitors feature 23” (S23), 23.8” (S24) and 27&... Dell to release S2318NX, S2418NX and S2718NX IPS Displays with HDR
So is this "fake" HDR? How can it be HDR when it says only 99% sRGB coverage? It's nice HDR is coming and smaller and cheaper monitors as it will help it to become mainstream but this particular HDR seems sketchy
So it is not HDR10 or Dolby Vision which are standards, but simply HDR, right... doesn't sounds like marketing at all. :biggun: Still waiting for a smaller and cheaper Freesync 2 (and 1 and HDR10) monitor.
I'd settle for a 27" 16:9 1440p, HDR, 144Hz+, FreeSync, AHVA or PLS monitor that costs less than a human soul. Having those specs on an OLED monitor at a sane price is a distant dream until OLEDs actually become common in the monitor market.
First sentence has "Dell HDR", so some fake crap HDR. Wish monitors would just come standard with at least 75Hz.
Its coming it will cost 10000$ almost a giveaway and as a bonus for just 1000$ more it will be curved
Yeah lol, I'd settle with a 1440p/27"/165Hz/g-sync/ips that has a better panel than the current generation. I heard of people who got these and returned 5+ of them until they gave up (no matter the brand, all have the same panel)...
1440p @ 27" is too much for me because I use -4 lenses/glasses. 27" @1080p is just fine. To me, that looks like 200+ ppi...
