moded my FX5950 to Quadro 3000

Well, I have the Leadtek GefroceFX 5950 Ultra, and had tones of Problems using MAYA with almot all Nvidia Drivers (53.03 - Tones of Display Bugs - Impossible to work!) softmoded My FX using Rivatuner and same drivers:

Installed the NVStrap driver and set the Graphic adapter information to Quadro FX 3000!


Patched the drivers using soft quadro:
ForceWareAntiprotector - (cant remember if it patched or had problems, any way if cant patch dont worry...)
NVStrap antiprotection
SoftQuadro4

(NO - AnisoBooster!)

Now windows detects it as a quadro FX 3000 with all the advanced options opened
All the Bug are gone!
Maya works realy great!
And didn't crash even once!

So yep it's works...

 

You softquadroed the 53.03 drivers?

That's impossible as far as i know since NVIDIA has protected the Forceware from SoftQuadro pathching...

Are you sure the renderer is Quadro FX 3000?

Check with GLInfo.

 

actually i think it was the forceware antiprotector, it would make sence.. anyone else hear anything about it?

 

I just want to know where to take the right ForceWareAntiprotector file for the latest nVIDIA Detonator release,since the riva tuner 14.3NY cannot help anymore

We have many articles about the usage of RT in our country,and i know 5700U may go to Quadro fx1100.

 

I didn't know where to post that, but I saw that when using the NVStrap thing, most card are "unknown cards". Using a special program, I tested all those I could (on my GF4MX440) and there are the missing ones I found:
0174 - Geforce4 Go 440
0175 - Geforce4 Go 420
0176 - Geforce4 Go 420 32M
0177 - Geforce4 Go 460
0179 - Geforce4 Go 440 64M
017B - Quadro4 550 XGL
017C - Quadro4 500 Go GL
017D - Unknown
017E - Unknown
017F - Unknown

The only problem is that windows doesn't recognize them so drivers need to be installed manual (didn't tested using nv driver setup)

 

what soft i can use to mod my gf4mx440?????

 

I softmoded an fx5600 to a nv31gl. Everything sez it´s an nv31gl exept that when I try to install maxtreme it doesn´t worrk!!!!
Any help is welcome

i successfully softmoded my Jetway FX5600 to NV31GL using 42.51 driver and installed Maxtreme but got -33% on 3dmark benchmark.....

Using:
1. DetonatorFXAntiprotector
2. NVStrap antiprotection
3. SoftQuadro4
4. AnisoBooster

why? and how to fix it? i would appreciate replying regarding this post....THANX
