I also thought about buying the game for PC but for me this one of those games that are better played on a console, not to mention i´ve played all the Souls games on the PS. And i´ve read that the PC community for the Souls series is tiny compared to the one on the PS side. And i´ve been looking for a reason to justify buying a PS4 and there won´t be a better one than Dark Souls! The only thing i don´t like is having to subscribe to PS plus because of the online features of the game but a Souls game without being invaded by some idiots is not the same thing...

Bloodborne was my only reason to buy a PS4, you can't play it anywhere else, same for Demon Souls and PS3. For me the only reason to buy a console is the exclusive content because 99% of multiplatform games work better in a gaming PC even if we need sometimes to wait a few patches or mods. Dark souls 1 and 2 work very well on PC thanks to Durante.
Well I also was debating myself, if I should get it on PS4 or PC. But since I’ll get much cheaper on PC and will probably have stable 60fps, I’ll get it on PC. I own and have finished the first two on PC too. DS1 may not hold 60fps, but still with a few mods looks and plays beautiful. DS2 SotFS I think looks identical on PC and PS4 and it is 60fps on both. Just finished DS1 with one character and I’m at the end with a second and also stared a new character in DS2 SotFS. So yeah, my body is ready for DS3!

That doesn’t really align well with the GTX750, that is listed in the official recommended system requirements. Recommended in my book means at least high settings if not max/ultra…
No MSAA another fail from ANOTHER developer. I still buy the game its going to be great but this is just getting weird. Maybe Nvidia are addings extra effecs later on like they did with Dark Souls 2.
Let me just repost this, because I don’t think the eye roll is enough for this “FAIL”. What pisses me off is that they released “official” system requirements months ago and now they update them, to the point where the previous recommended is now the minimum. I might just swith to the PS4 and it seems I’ll be playing it at 30fps anyway…
I wish From Software were better technically, their engine really hurt Bloodborne with the awful frame time issues which made it feel choppy all the time and now it seems DS3 will have its own issues, I played the beta on PS4 and it felt even worse than Bloodborne. I'll be skipping this I think.
I love the Souls games from From Software but i have to agree with this, their games have some really (annoying) technical problems. The first Dark Souls had severe slowdowns in some areas (Blight Town) and against some bosses. The slowdowns were so bad that occasionally the game would turn into a slideshow for a few seconds... Demon Souls and Dark Souls 2 also suffered from the same problems but not so bad... Now, i´m playing Bloodborne and i already noticed the same slowdowns agaisn´t the first huge bosse of the game (Cleric Beast)... The good thing is that the games from them are so amazing, that i don´t even care too much about this issues.

Does the PC version have frame time issues like the console versions? **** drove me nuts in Bloodborne and the DS3 PS4 beta.
