I have a MSI 5900xt and I have tried to use the bios mod to relax the throttle, there was no msi mod but the sister mod of creative.
Is there any way to relax or bypass the throttle and also is there any way I could use all of my 256 ram on my card instead of the 128 set?
    Thanks in advance.

yes! using Rivatuner, you can set "force constant performance level." Also, you can use omniextreme editing tool to mod your bios to force 3d voltage all the time...

I think the 5900XT only has 128 mb, so modding a 256mb-bios on it won't give you the extra 128 mb
