D3D Overrider in RivaTuner 2.21?

As you may know there are big issues with VSync under Vista64. There are two solutions for that: ATT or RivaTuner.

As a owner of an ATI Radeon 4870 I was using ATT with the ATTLoader (ATT has no driver signature for Vista, so I had to use this loader). The problem was, that my system got very unstable and freezed very often completely.

Now I discovered I can use RivaTuner with my ATI Radeon to solve the problem with VSync blocked by Vista.

Usually I have to use the "D3D Overrider" within RivaTuner, right? Unfortunately I can`t find this separate program in my version (2.21). Can anyone help me?
