Creatot has done tutorials on his youtube channel from making animations to desktop OSD
    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxiprKylFVUB-Zx2CJHc5sg

You can get it running quickly or make your own by watching tutorials above.

Use newest MSI Afterburner with RTSS. RTSS has overlay editor, hotkeys handler, desktop capable OSD.

Want to use 1%Low/avg/max framerates ETC enable benchmarking mode in RTSS.

Place the CyberPunk OSD.ovl file in this folder.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\Plugins\Client\Overlays

Have both MSI Afterburner and RTSS running
    .
You can use any font, size or add any font to Windows and you can find them in RTSS Raster3d dropdown.
For the CyberPunk OSD.ovl in video at 4K I used size 7 unispace In RTSS

    Open RTSS
    Click setup
    Click Plugins
Put check mark at HotkeysHandler.dll and OverlayEditor.dll
Click on OverlayEditor.dll to open editor
Click layout and load the CyberPunk OSD.ovl
Now you need to add/get the information since it is your first time
    Click Data sources
    Click edit
Click add,you will be giving a choice from drop down menu
    InternalHal,AIDA64,HwInfo64,Msi Afterburner,Windows performance counter
For this file click Msi afterburner
Put check marks in the values you want to use or all off them if you want
    Click export

Now you can change what you want and all your information will show up in the overlay editor
You can add your own files, images, animations ETC in editor whatever you want.
To edit/change in the editor just click on what you want to change and you can use the tags below ,

I made the CyberPunk OSD.ovl out of the sample.ovl provided.

For CyberPunk OSD.ovl I maxed it out. If you 32 threads and want to use this you will have to combine area into one.
SO CPU usage in stead of 10 separate ones, make them all into one block.

For less than 20 threads ,just delete what you do not want.Highlight object/layer/remove to delete
You can assign hot keys for different overlays you do up in hotkeysHandler.dll
At this point I suggest at least watch one tutorial on hypertext editor.

Changed Cyberpunk colors and put it on nexus mods. Just to match yellow red and blue to the game and OSD.

Thanks for the heads up, Love it here, keep up the good work, only hope the game improves in next few patches to make it much more playable than now, i get around 40 to 45 at 1440p all ultra with raytracing with dips to 35 in cities with crowd while driving which is a shame for a 3070 which should easily do 60 fps at 1440p.

Graphics settings in games are not standardised, 'Ultra' is not a set parameter of performance.

"all ultra with raytracing", "a 3070 which should easily do 60 fps at 1440p". Where do you get this entitlement from ?
This notion that gamers have that they should be able to set everything on 'Ultra' and still get great performance with a current mid level gpu is holding back developers and gaming as a whole.
Developers cannot add features that seriously push the best cards because people with lesser cards still expect to run the game at all settings maxed out, and they will take to the internet complaining and demanding refunds should they not be able to.

I mentioned i really hope the patches will improve the game, i never said anything bad about developers or its a must have 60 fps in this game as this game isn't a competitive multiplayer like cod to expect 100+ fps, its enjoyable as it is but a better performance like any AAA titles will come over time, also to note, we don't upgrade hardware to get 30fps in games its to enjoy gameplay without issues, you may note that my rest of hardware is not up to date its because i couldn't get hold of a new Ryzen series yet in my country as stocks and prices are inflated more than many countries presently, and i have put a deadline myself to upgrade by march, so no hurry for me to play any new games like many want to right now, the reason i got hold of 3070 because i got it at a good price.

PS: not everyone in the world can get top level hardware, as everyone's income and priority in life to buy necessity items vary, so please note this.
