Curve and mem OC always being loaded after reboot or sleep resume

Is this a new behavior with nVidia drivers? I used the OC scanner to generate an OC curve and it also gave a slight boost in mem frequency.

I went into the Afterburner settings and disabled the "restore settings after suspended mode" option. However, every time I reboot or resume from sleep, the curve and mem overclock are loaded. The power, fan, and voltage settings are not reloaded though.
