    There is no way in hell that ps4 and crapbox720 will be able to run crysis 3 maxed out...

    Have you seen what processors and gpu's they are going to be using? -_-'

    Switched to single GPU and lost 5-10fps. So I switched back to SLI, reloaded default Inspector settings for C3 (no adaptive vsync just frame limiting). The GPU usage is now 80-98% and 50-60fps with Medium TXAA. AA looks better too for some reason. Before there were major jaggies with every mode. Entirely playable and already looks on par with Crysis 2 (Maldo mod).

    TXAA High looks great but I'm getting sudden fps drops even indoors so I'm using TXAA Medium for now.

    This is my current autoexec.cfg:

    g_skipIntro = 1
    sys_MaxFps = 60
    r_TexMaxAnisotropy = 16
    r_TexMinAnisotropy = 16
    i_mouse_accel = 0
    i_mouse_accel_max = 0
    i_mouse_smooth = 0
    cl_fov = 63
    r_DrawNearFov=63
    pl_movement.power_sprint_targetFov = 63
    r_motionblur= 0
    r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed = 0
    e_ParticlesMotionBlur = off
    e_GI on
    r_DepthOfField = off
    r_colorgrading = off
    r_ChromaticAberration = 0
    r_ssao = 0
    r_ssdo = 2
    e_lodratio = 13
    e_particlesobjectcollisions = 1
    e_particlesshadows = 0
    e_particlesforcesoftparticles = 1
    e_viewdistratio = 60
    e_viewdistratiodetail = 60
    e_viewdistratiovegetation = 60
    r_Sharpening = 0.12

    I'm still not sure it's all working though. Some commands use on/off some 0/1 which is confusing.

    mouse_accel and mouse_smooth default to 0 already, mouse_accel_max defaults to 100 though.
    (They aren't on/off values but the amount of acceleration and smoothing to apply as I understand it though it's possible that a value of 0 disables the effect.)

    r_drawnearfov has to be re-applied after every level change or when first entering a level, you can check it in the console and it should have defaulted back to 55 again, annoying that Crytek didn't sort that out but there's probably a reason behind it.
    (Thankfully the sprint and normal fov commands to stick so it's just the first person hand/gun model that's affected.)

    e_gi 1/0 should be enabled on medium and above which you are probably already using. :)
    (They are all 1 or 0 values I believe, some use 2 for a forced setting such as particle shadows or motion blur, overrides it so that everything uses it instead of just the effects that have it enabled in the definition file.)

    They are all valid commands as well, some according to the cvar config utility works better in system.cfg or autoexec.cfg but I just keep the same commands in both - in addition to the existing info in system.cfg about localization and such - that way I'm sure it works, ha ha.

    Can someone tell me please, what value are set in r_AntialiasingMode = X for TXAA variables? File called game.cfg, located in C:\Users\*yourusername*\Saved Games\CRYSIS 3

    Want to try if it works on ATI card ;)

    It wont work, TXAA uses a DLL (Txaa.win32.dll) file located in the /bin folder of the game. So it wont be as simple as a cfg file change.

    So, we'll just wait till that feature will be implemented by Timothy Lottes then ;)

    IMO yes, so long as you don't run through your games taking no notice to detail.

    No...if you are the solo player, than just wait to some sell-outs. Or, if you just don't care about price, than just buy it ;)

    You really should. Multiplayer in Crysis 3 is actually a real highlight of the game thanks to the bow and both Hunter mode and Crash site mode. I've had loads of fun on it so far and am level 16. The maps they designed for it are also amazing looking and play extremely well.

    I urge everyone who bought the game just for single player to actually give it a go once they are done and dusted with the campaign. :)
