nop. anyone know how to make console commands work?

 

I posted a list of console commands further up in those images (Calling it mini-console.), as you can see it's heavily toned down to mostly MP related and some small tweaks to say FoV and the preset options.

Also the following commands exist but are hidden and can only be triggered from either system.cfg or autoexec.cfg in the game folder or game.cfg in the user folder, not from the console directly.
(Others might work in similar ways.)

r_Fullscreen = 1
r_Width = 1680
r_Height = 1050
(r_Vsync likely as well.)

And are set in game.cfg in the game storage folder.
(C:\Users\UserName\Saved Games\Crysis 2\)

 

My Wal=Mart has the game...I just dont know if I can pay the $60 plus tax for this , however.

 

also no bin 64 wth! even the leaked one had 64 bit

 

Confirmed right at the start, when they said they were doing it for the PS3 and 360 as well.

 

Every multi-platfrom game is a console port in some shape or form, the sooner people realise, and accept this, the better it will be for us who are sick of reading the same complaints over and over and over.........uke2:

So, no DX10 / DX11, and no 64-bit exe?

Cmon, Crysis at least came with DX9 and DX10.

They also claimed this game would hae the best graphics of any game, ever. In like 3 interviews.

 

Correct but at least I accept the peeps opinions on it!

There are games that do get real bad reviews and 99% of peeps will agree are crap but some crap games do get fake good reviews and console kiddies love them as they think its the 1st time a game has been done and the 360 was 1st with it, just like they think Halo started it all and HL copied it LOL!

If I was "so fed up" with peeps commenting as some keep repeating I would turn my PC off!

 

Initial impressions:

Strangely excited to be back in the Crysis universe...very smooth gameplay...fantastic sound design...very bloomy...many textures are low-res and console-y but the overall look is still very impressive.

Bottom line, so far: Fun!

EDIT - This is the new gpu stress test - reached 60c in this game at the same oc setting that hits 47c in Heaven!

i think they will see the total sales when then they will later decide to release dx11 patch. they might be paranoid of piracy since crysis 1 but the thing is lame now. consoles version leaked yet they say nothing about it. if pc version leaks they'll lose their minds..

You can't vote with your wallets, if your not a paying customer, your dont have a voice to the developers, your just a geek on a forum.
Its people voting with their wallets that has got the PC into this mess,.

Not saying people should be paying for crap, far from it, but these days people look for any excuse not to buy a game, probably because PC gaming is full of kids nowadays, but even they should realise making the gap between PC and console sales even wider than it already is won't help matters?

Bottom line, its a lose/lose situation, especially if your a single player gamer as its a dying thing within PC gaming, probably has been for a while, and unless the game is predominantly a MP game, then the PC will always get a port, nothing you can do to change that.
