If I run Crysis 2 in DX11 mode, I get constant stuttering issues when I run around, or move the camera with my mouse.

The issue is not present when I set the game in DX9 mode.
The issue still occurs, even if I use DX11 but set all graphics options to Extreme.
    My fps is 100+ average.
Vsync does not clear up the stuttering. It makes it worse.
It is not a CF issue, because the issue still happens when I test each card on it's own.
I've tried replacing drivers to 12.7 and 12.6, from 12.8 and the issue is still present.

    Please help.

I tried it, but it did not help.

Set motion blur to high off then back to what setting you want. Resume game between each change.

With trifire I have to make a CCC profile and set the profile to AFR friendly mode.

As a last effort turn your shadows down if the above 2 don't work.

Worked smoothly for me on 12.7s on a single screen. Stuttered like ****e in Eyefinity like every other game I try though (haven't tested on 12.8s)... I did get flickering with Crossfire enabled.

try alt tab or changing the resolution in game to something lower & back up again

watch the gpu usage, i've seen crysis2 have... misaligned gpu usage (80% on 1, 55% on 2) that an alt tab fixed, but that was in dx9.... (saw same in bf3 beta)

Will the scaling ability be reduced if I use the AFR friendly profile?
    Thank you.

Try using a frame limiter such as msi afterburner and limit the frames to 59. its weird but when i have stutter in games this sometimes depending on the game will clear it all up.

no, scaling is usually increased... so is flickering, depending on how bad the game is coded
