Yeah, that is true, but by releasing just a MP demo it gives people the idea that they think its a big selling point of the game. If im honest i would of rathered a non playable single player benchmark than a MP demo.
With crysis 1's poor performance in the first few years it basically was a non playable single player benchmark, ZING! But seriously, weak MP is weak. An SP demo would have been better If anyone buys crysis it should be for the SP, the MP demo left a bad taste in my mouth.

lol, that was true, i remember stupidly trying to max it with 4xaa at 1920x1080 on a 8800GT, 5minutes of single digit figures later the fan was going crazy trying to keep the card under 100c. Looking around the web, on forums and on YouTube etc, it seems those with low-mid range systems are loving the new peformance, while those on higher end systems are unhappy that its not raising the bar like the first game did. As for the MP, well its getting called fail everywhere, and while i didn't really like it, i didn't hate it either, but im sure if its as much like COD as people are saying, it will do very well, i won't bother though, as i have no interest in MP in anything other than RTS and sports games.
I actually managed to get 15 succesfull power stumps in a hour of gameplay! its awesome to kill someone with that. But i missed so many times even tho i was directly on the guy or just behind him and still missed... wtf is up with that ?! then the guy just hits me in the face and game over ... Other then that i enjoyed the demo, @ 1080 with 3DVision its always at 60fps ... i so want DX11 hardcore graphics with x8QAA ...:banana:
I'm definately not buying it, just played the demo and they've done the stupid **** that IF started with MW2, I want to play a game not sit staring at a stupid screen for a minute between every single round.Anyway they've lost a customer, why do they do this, why would I want to watch a screen for ages.
The MP demo is really weak... Even the MP in the first Crysis is better for me. I´m still going to buy this game but the feeling that they destroyed their gaming legacy built upon Far Cry and Crysis is something i can´t simply shake off. They made too many concessions to be able to release the game on consoles.
