You have it, it's the latest driver, this or Game Ready one.

This driver is specifically for RTX cards because it wasn't tested in these "creative s/w products" with anything else I assume.

Of course not. It will be released in April and will probably be from a new branch. Also - there won't be DLSS on GTX cards.

It is my feeling that the two drivers types (Creator Ready and Game Ready) are just a mechanic similar to the tick-tock model on Intel processors.

Because of the large amount of applications to optimize for, and the additional unpredictable hotfixes, new driver updates are released very often these days. To reduce the impact on users, NVidia now chooses to release a driver update optimized for Games, then a driver update optimized for creator apps, then maybe again a driver optimized for games if new games come out, and so on... So users that are interested in game optimizations have to download the game optimized ones only and can ignore the content creator updates, and so they will not have to install a new driver each week but more likely each two or three weeks.

Each driver update, CR or GR, still contains all the fixes on games and apps and all the new features, but users that have no bugs and are interested in games optimizations only can avoid download the content ready ones.

Can someone mod it for 980TI? i hope those make Adobe Lightroom much faster with 980TI.

You would need to be on a 19H1 build to see that you have WDM 2.6.

19h1 isn't meant for gamers right now as it triggers GSOD with anti-cheat.

They provide regular service windows, all right!? :D Besides, you are surely aware you opted for unstable test builds and this anti-cheat thing got listed as a known issue a few weeks ago (one of the few which are still on the list).

Yeah I'm aware but does that make it right ? just saying that 1903 build 18361.1 does not have the problem even that it is listed as having problems with anti cheat

There is a Quadro 419.67 WHQL for all OS's available for download, with a -200 mb difference in size compared to the CRD driver.

Well, I wouldn't say "never"... At some point even GPUs without tensor cores may be fast enough to handle some sort of DL AA - probably not NV's DLSS though.
