Why? are you the developer or something and wish to prevent skepticism?

"Timer Resolution" basic edition is free, which is more than honest (but then more suspicious since nothing is really free in this world :D ...)

And yes, all these software use Windows features, in fact most of the time they remove Windows features (the core-parking remover tools for example...), it just give you an easy way to do it and, most important, make you remember that the features they add/remove may be the main cause of your game stutter/slowness/lag/crash. Then, if you want to regedit/batch manually you can just do it yourself...

I am pretty sure that none of these software will ever make you win any fps, but a few of them may be able to remove stutters in some strangely programmed game engines. Which is, in fact, far more important :D !

Kinda reminds me of the old days running Windows 95...

Download boosters and internet boosters were quite common at the time.

I was once banned for 1000 years from a website... seriously.. it expired in the year 3000.. haha.

People don't like being told the truth, especially when they are counting on peoples stupidity to make money.

For humour, it would be ironic

Either that or getting rid of this massive advertisement for this scamware

Btw, same developer as dimmdrive, which you might remember. Overwhelming negative written reviews on the steam page but somehow "very positive" reviews on the page at the top, vote manipulation by the author no doubt

Bans and thread locks/deletions left and right.

Someone asked about trialling the program, for obvious reasons. The dev' ignored the question and stated that he was going to post some benchmarks on youtube.

Pretty much tells you all you need to know.

His explanation here is hilariously convoluted. Dude is all about buzzwords, numbers and bad math.

The reason it says very positive is because there are 174ish positive rating vs 40 negative ratings. Ratings dont need reviews (i dont believe) either way what you see on the page up front is the most "helpful" reviews. Thats why it says mostly positive. Now if he created a bunch of accounts to give it a good review, who knows, but developers/publishers have no ability to modify reviews
