I have a question can my Core i5 6400 processor not limit strongly to GTX 1660 or RTX 2060
what set is more faster for games xeon x5650 + rtx 2080ti or i9 9900ks + rtx 2060?
the i5 may hold it back slightly, but you could always upgrade to the 7700k without switching motherboard, either would be fine really as you can upgrade later.
@maur0 why the xeon vs i9 specifically? and why not a separate post?
id take the i9 and 2060 out of the two set choices. the xeon would hold back the 2080ti a bit. its near a 10 year old cpu with pcie 2.0 if i remember correctly.
The processor limits the minimum framerate you will get.
It will do the same with all gfx cards, unless GPU limited. (there may be a small difference between AMD and NVidia)
How it will perform depends on the game.
Running dual cards uses more CPU.
