Cpu temp help

    XFX 4850 1GB
    I have an anthlon 64 X2 4000+ @ 2.62ghz on water cooling and i don't know what program is reading the right temp. In core temp in idle I'm getting around 30 degrees Celsius while in CPUID Hardware Monitor I'm getting 9 degrees celsius. So witch one is right?

    You could try CoreTemp or RealTemp.

    RealTemp is not for AMD. :)
    Stick with latest CoreTemp.

    i use three monitoring software. Coretemp, Everest and HWMonitor. Every time they give the same readings for me at idle and load

    I saw another thread about this.
    I recall someone talking about different sensors being used by the programs or something about TJmax...
