    Hello to all,

I was wondering about the lifespan of the CPU, concerning its speed.
my question (concerning default settings, not overclocked) is :) would it be better if the processor is running with a stable speed of 2400 MHz (for example) or it would be better if C1E and EIST are enabled in bios which will have as a result constant fluctuations at volts and core speed?

I do not feel very good to see my speed increases and decreases, even if these fluctuations are inside the recommended limits.

    Thanks

C1E & EIST enabled will ensure a long lifespan although 2400mhz at stock vcore isn't going to hurt - it's not like you're running 5Ghz @1.45v.

CPU's don't really die, they become obsolete.
