Given how vastly more powerful GPUs are relative to CPUs for folding, is it even worth it to fold on CPU given the PPD/power difference between the two? My GPU is drawing about 150 W when folding, same as my CPU which produces about 1/5 the PPD...
You can always use your cpu for Boinc and use gpu for folding. There might me conflict between the two, I believe I had one awhile back ago. If I use 32 threads out of the 48 on folding, I have seen high as almost 200k PPD.
