Well first off i have a this cooler http://www.pccasegear.com/prod5084.htm
Now i need some new fans for it, as i think i can get better cooling with higher rated CFM fans .... take a look at this
    http://www.pccasegear.com/prod4571.htm
    Now comes the questions ....
Right now i have thermaltake fans that are rated at 62.12 CFM. They do pretty good job and not so loud 16dBA. They work fine on the cpu cooler but i want better performance.
So i want to know if getting the higher rated CMF fans will lower my temps or is it more dependent on the cpu cooler ?
Don't wont to spend good money for something that is only going to make 2 degree difference.
So what are your ideas ?. Have tried something like this and know that it does make good lower temps ?.
Also on a side note is 65dBA loud in pc case !!!!

unfortunately calculation on material like that isn't so easy, the amound of air passing through the fans depends on how much resistance the air encounters when passing through the cooler. airspeed also has a factor in the capability in transferring heath from the metal to the air, but only up to a certain level. More air means the air warms up less, so the temps of the cooler stays lower...

In short, more air always means lower temps, but I don't know how much :p

65db is kinda loud but it will do a great job taking hot air out and cool air in... yet they cost $40 each W/o ship

also they suck up 30watts each... keep that in mind

The problem with the high out put fans is they put alot of heat out themselves.

65dba is the equivalent of a hairdryer running full blast in your case, literally.im being dead serious, that thing is very very loud.even on 7v it will make you want to throw your rig out the window.

thats the thing with these fans they dont recommend running it plugged in the mobo fan header or fan controller .... so its running 100% with 65dBA all the time. So what fans you guys recommend or better yet what dBA are acceptable ?

I'd use Arctic-Cooling AF12025, a lower CFM but this one doesn't use an insane 30W of power and therefor can be connected to the mobo/fan controller. And it's only a few bucks :)

Blah if you want to get a CPU cooler just get the ZALMAN CPNS9500 that should keep you CPU very cold.
