I'm trying to rma ax860. I created a ticket where the cosair asked that I needed to provide invoice for the item. I have explained to him that. It's been over 12 months and I have misplaced my invoice. I also told him that the local pc store where I bought it has since closed. He asked for upload of serial number. So I took pic of unit with seial and upload it. Next message I get from him is that my claim is rejected witout invoice. WTF cosair. These units are dying left right and centre. :bang:
